A stone-framed fireplace and flat-screen cable TV highlight the main living space - the perfect place to kick back and relax! Downstairs, there's an additional living room as well as a minibar, ping pong table, and pool table. There are many more modern conveniences, including complimentary high-speed wireless internet, laundry machines, and parking.

Cooking is a dream in the fully equipped kitchen outfitted with numerous upgrades such as a toaster oven and Keurig. Your chef elect will love utilizing the pristine quartz countertops and Chef Pro stove and oven to create a culinary masterpiece! In addition, the breakfast bar and 8-person dining table provide ample seating to savor your meals.

As night falls, gather in either the living room for family movie night or take advantage of the private hot Tub! Grab a bottle of wine to enjoy while soaking up the crisp mountain air from the warm bubbling water.

*** The house comes stocked with a starter pack of supplies. "Starter Supplies" consists of - a roll of toilet paper, a bar of bath soap per bathroom, a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, etc.
You will need to bring and/or buy additional supplies for longer extended stays. That is also true of laundry detergent, trash bags, spices & condiments:)

A credit card hold is required two days prior to check-in as a security deposit hold. The hold will be released within ten days of check-out pending any charges incurred for damages, missing items, etc.
An information request after booking will be sent, and before arrival, a swipe of a credit card for the hold will be requested, just like in a hotel. We don't charge an amount in the booking as a damage deposit.

Due to severe allergies, there are ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.

A couple of key points:

1. We own and manage the home personally. We will not bait and switch you into another house because we can't!
   
2. The home WILL sleep 10 people, all in REAL beds-sized beds. In addition, there is a pack-and-play crib and highchair if needed.
   
   
3. All discounts are already included based on the time of year, and all 'fees' are just passed on from my cleaning company, and therefore not discountable. You are renting a large luxury high-end house, 10 comfortably, is well cleaned with top-line linens, a 6-8-person hot tub cleaned every week, and big beds. Remember what your mother told you - 'you get what you pay for.'
